Skin House is one of the leading centers in the dermatology field in Egypt and the Middle East. However, Skin House barely had any Social Media presence before they resorted to AEG. With 1,600 followers and 2% interaction rate with the previous agency, we had to step in.

THE BRIEF

ACM is a French laboratory founded in 2001. They’re a dermatological laboratory developing dermo-cosmetic products for more than 20 years for medical prescription and pharmacy advice.

However, their social media performance was not as good as their products, and they lacked the media buying creativity we have.
When it comes to their digital marketing plan, we were and still are their one place to go to. They requested us to manage their social media presence by taking responsibility for the creative part, and the media buying process. In a hope to take them to the next level with our extraordinary performance.

WHAT WE DID

As AEG, our journey with ACM was and still is one of our favorite achievements, as we managed to encourage their social media presence markedly. We boost ACM Facebook and Instagram followers’ numbers and create very fetching visuals and content that deliver their message correctly. All this work had a great impact on their sales numbers, and most importantly has a massive effect on their brand awareness.

After AEG stepped in, we had to take things up a notch. We’ve created an online booking system, rebranded, and set a strong, unique Social Media Strategy. We have increased their followers organically to test out a new strategy. Their followers jumped to a whooping 4,600, and Dr. Tahra’s page to 6,000 with much higher interaction rate.
